Christmas at Park Lane

1. The promotion will run from 18 to 31 December 2024 and is only open to Metropolitan Mayfair, Park Lane Club, and Sportsman Casino Met Card holders.
2. Tickets can be collected daily at Reception from 2pm to 10.50pm.
3. Met Card holders can earn one prize draw ticket per £500 buy-in from the day before i.e., 17 December for the draw on 18 December and so on until the draw on 31 December.
4. Draws will take place daily at 11pm, except for 25 December when there will be no draw, and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
5. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
6. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
7. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
8. The tombola will be cleared after each night’s draw.
9. One winner will be drawn from the tombola per draw, except on 26 and 31 December where two winners will be drawn and will then have the chance to choose a present from under the Christmas Tree, each present will contain one of the following prizes: 1 x £2,500 Free Play, 3 x £1,500 Free Play, 1 x £1,000 Free Play, 2 x £500 Cash Matches, 2 x Harrods Bears, 3 x £1,000 Gift Vouchers, 2 x Christmas Hampers and 1 x £250 F&M Gift Card.
10. On 26 and 31 December, one prize per customer.
11. Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables.
12. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
13. Roulette – Non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on even chances and may only be placed in a manner where a maximum of 24 winning numbers will result in a payout to the customer on any individual spin on Roulette.
14. Upon dispute the non-negotiable chips on the first 24 numbers are valid and any non-negotiable chips above 24 numbers are void and returned.
15. Cash Match is valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots or Electronics.
16. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
17. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
18. Roulette – valid of a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
19. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher in exchange for a promotional ticket. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
20. M Card holders are excluded from participating in the Christmas at Park Lane promotional activity.
21. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
22. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
24. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
25. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
