Mid-Autumn Lantern Luck

1. The promotion will run from 13 to 17 September 2024 and is open to Met Card holders.
2. Met Card holders can earn one prize draw ticket per £250 buy-in from the day before i.e., 12 September for the draw on 13 September and so on until the draw on 17 September.
3. Draws will take place daily at 10pm, entry tickets must be in the tombola 1 hour before the draw.
4. Customers must be present to put the draw ticket in the tombola.
5. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
6. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
7. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
8. From 13 to 16 September, one winner will be drawn from the tombola per draw and will then have the chance to choose a lantern from the tree, each present will contain one of the following prizes for use on the night won: 1 x £500 Free Play, 1 x £200 Match Play, 1 x Harrods Belgian Favourites Chocolate Selection, and 1 x Penhaligon’s Ladies’ Fragrance Collection.
9. On 17 September there will be two draws with all qualifiers from 13 to 16 September. Tickets are available to collect on the day of the draws from Reception, 2 winners will be drawn from the tombola and will then have the chance to choose a lantern from the tree for use on the night won: 1 x £500 Free Play, and 1 x £1,500 Free Play.
10. Free Play can be redeemed at the Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables on the night won.
11. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
12. Roulette – Non-negotiable chips will not be accepted on even chances and may only be placed in a manner where a maximum of 24 winning numbers will result in a payout to the customer on any individual spin on Roulette.
13. Upon dispute the non-negotiable chips on the first 24 numbers are valid and any non-negotiable chips above 24 numbers are void and returned.
14. Cash Match is valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots or Electronics.
15. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
16. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
17. Roulette – valid of a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
18. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher in exchange for a promotional ticket. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
19. Leisure Card holders are excluded from participating in the Mid-Autumn Lanterns Luck promotional activity.
20. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
21. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
23. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
24. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
